Who operates GoSpeak

Your answers and account

When you choose Submit, your audio is sent through Lovable’s AI gateway for transcription. Your transcript and question context are processed to generate AI feedback. GoSpeak does not save the audio in its application storage. Provider retention, logs, processing locations and transfer safeguards are being verified; this is not a promise that providers retain nothing.

Guest transcripts and feedback are available for 24 hours. You can save them to a verified account before expiry. Expired guest results become inaccessible; a scheduled cleanup removes expired payloads every five minutes, alongside cleanup on later guest requests.

Accounts store your email and authentication information, plus private practice history: question, B1/B2 level, timestamps, transcript and feedback. Saved attempts are kept for up to 12 months, then removed by scheduled cleanup. You can clear history sooner from My attempts. Account details remain while your account is open; request account deletion by emailing the contact above from your registered address. We verify ownership before removing the account.

Cookies, usage and quality review

The interface loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives network request information such as your IP address. A necessary guest cookie lasts 30 days and identifies this browser’s guest session. Authentication uses browser storage to keep you signed in. Service records include question selections, levels, processing state and usage limits. Guest attempt counts are not counts of unique students. Guest session records last up to 30 days; account quota counters are removed after 90 days. Cleanup runs every five minutes; provider logs and backups have separate retention arrangements.

Usage analytics: we count which steps of practice are used (for example level, topic, question shown, hint opened, recording length in seconds, whether feedback was completed, device type, browser language, referring website and campaign tags) to improve GoSpeak. Analytics never contain audio, transcripts, feedback text, names or emails. Only if you choose “Accept analytics” do we store a random browser ID, a session ID and, when signed in, a link to your account, so we can see return visits. With “Only essential” we keep anonymous counts with no ID. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s storage. Analytics records are deleted after 13 months; clearing your history removes the account link, and account erasure deletes them. No third-party analytics trackers or marketing signup are used. New optional feedback review sharing is disabled. Previously shared review copies expire after 30 days; you can withdraw from the original guest browser or the saved attempt. These copies are not guaranteed anonymous.

Access, purposes and your choices

Supabase / Lovable Cloud provides account, database and private storage services. Google processes audio for transcription and OpenAI processes transcript and question context for feedback, through Lovable’s AI gateway. Private practice history is restricted to its account; administrator review requires assigned membership and two-step verification.

We process information to provide practice and accounts, protect the service and enforce usage limits. Before launch, the operator will document the applicable legal bases, provider agreements, recipients, international transfers and retention for service and security logs.

You can request access, correction or deletion and, where applicable, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent for previous optional review sharing can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can complain to the Swiss FDPIC or the competent EU data protection authority. Avoid including names, contact details, health information or other private details in practice answers.
